Henderson and Akazaki co-authored OBA Response to Osborne Civil Justice Project

Peter Henderson and Lee Akazaki co-authored the Ontario Bar Association’s Position Paper for the Ontario Civil Justice Reform Project, headed by retired Associate Chief Justice Osborne.  Most of the recommendations were adopted and now form part of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.
